Welcome to the Official Website of The Court, a Condominium
We have built this website to provide owners and residents of The Court with information helpful to living in our shared condominium community. The information has been divided into various separate pages:

Board: Collected here is the information about the condominium's board, its members, and their contact information, as well as the meetings held and decisions made by them. Upcoming meetings as well as minutes from previous meetings are to be found on this page. There is also information about committee Members and their contact information. Board-related news and announcements can be found here.

Association: Every owner of a condominium is automatically a member of the association, and information relevant to all owners can be found here. This includes electronically searchable versions of the policies and association bylaws that govern the association and its property: Condo Bylaws; Policy Handbook; Roof Access Report; the Mason and Mason 2004 Reserve Fund Plan; Mason and Mason Reserve Fund Plan 2009 Update Report; Window and Door Replacement Policy; Colors for Doors, Trim, and Windows at The Court.

Property Management: Information relevant to the smooth operation of the Condominium can be found on this page. This includes a link to the property management company, as well as other service providers: Multiple Services; Wright Mechanical; Comcast; Greenscene Landscaping; Tenley Town Trash Removal; and MacKenzie Irrigation.

Court Information: On this page, information useful to residents of The Court, a Condominium will be gathered. Information about local restaurants, dry cleaners, emergency numbers and similar data can be found here, as well as the posting of plans, news, and announcements about The Court.

We hope to receive suggestions from members of the community about what other information we might add to this resource. The website is being developed by the condominium's Board of Directors, and suggestions may be put in The Court mail slot or emailed to The Court's managing agent.
